Refund Policy & 24-Hour Client Satisfaction Guarantee


At First Class Home Cleaning, we are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services and ensuring complete client satisfaction. We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will make corrections free of charge when necessary.


To maintain the highest quality standards and minimize refund disputes, we have implemented a 24-Hour Client Satisfaction Confirmation Policy.


Client Satisfaction Confirmation Process


🔹 Immediate Post-Service Approval

Upon completion of the cleaning service, the client must conduct a walkthrough inspection with the cleaner. If satisfied, the client will sign a Service Satisfaction Form, confirming that the service meets their expectations.


🔹 Visual Proof Submission (If Available)

Clients are encouraged to take before and after photos of the cleaned areas and submit them along with the Service Satisfaction Form as additional documentation.


🔹 24-Hour Reporting Window

If any issues arise after signing the satisfaction form, clients must report them within 24 hours of service completion. Claims made after this period will be reviewed but may not be eligible for a refund or service redo.


Refund & Service Reassessment Policy

If a valid concern is reported within 24 hours, we will:


✅ Reassess the cleaning quality based on submitted evidence.

✅ Offer a free re-cleaning to address the issue, if necessary.

✅ Provide a partial refund when a redo is not feasible and circumstances warrant it.


This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and accountability, protecting both the client and our service professionals. By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
